Salary Increase

1. Ask the user to enter his 4-digit employee id, last years salary and this years salary (assume salaries are integer amounts).

2. Display the employee id and his salary increase on the next line.

  • If the increase in salary is greater than 5000, display nice increase.
  • If the increase is between 1000 and 5000 (end points are included), display fair increase.
  • If the increase is less than 1000, display small increase.

Your message about the increase should appear on the same line as the amount of the increase.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 ten times.

print the maximum increase along with the id of the employee who received the maximum increase.

At the end of the program, print the amount of the maximum increase.
