Week Salary

Calculate the weekly paycheck for a widget salesman. Every salesman has a $500 base salary. Additional salary is earned by commission based upon weekly sales. The commission is a sliding scale; the higher the sales, the higher the commission percentage. The commission rates are as follows:

Weekly Sales Amount Commission Percentage
$0 to $1000 5%
>$1000 to $10000 7%
>$10000 10%

You will input weekly sales amount and output gross salary amount. We will ignore taxes, FICA and other deductions for this exercise.
