You have been given the following ERD and asked to implement this into a set of tables in ORACLE.

ERD: see image.

Some details have been provided along with the diagram that were assumed at the time of the creation of this ERD. Please use both the diagram and the assumptions together to implement it into a set of tables paying attention to the key variables and the constraints. If the ER diagram has not captured all the assumptions, please ensure that you add these details when you implement the tables.

The ERD you are tasked with is for is the drug enforcement agency which seeks to reduce the wrongful use of drugs. To this end, they are monitoring patients who take pharmaceuticals and the doctors who prescribe these drugs as well as the pharmacies that sell them.

Each patient who takes drugs may only one primary care physician. A physician is not allowed to exist in the database without patients as the agency is not interested in tracking doctors with no current patients. For each physician who prescribes drugs, the agency wants to store their specialty area (for e.g. pain management, geriatrics, nephrologist, etc.) and the date they started prescribing medications.

Patients take drugs prescribed by the physician. We want to store the prescription date and the quantity prescribed for every drug taken by the patient.

Pharmaceutical companies are of special interest to the agency now as they have long term contracts with pharmacies which may push the pharmacies to sell more of certain drugs. Further, the drug companies may set up contracts with multiple pharmacies like Walgreens and provide special offers. Therefore, it is necessary to store the contract start and end date for each pharmacy.

Requirements

1) Table diagram structure (machine drawn) with clear table headings, identifying keys, and clear connections between the tables using the keys.

2) Assumptions made or additional changes to the design that you made.

3) Write at least 100 words, something very meaningful to the solution of this project.
