Furnitures Web Design Phase 2

Overview: Now that you have completed the basic Web page for Modern Design, the owners have asked you to develop a more extensive Web site for them. They would like you to divide the content among several Web pages and improve the layout and interactivity of the site. The structural theme for the Web site is shown below: see image.

The owners like the initial color scheme and want to continue its use. Each page should allow visitors to reach all of the other pages on the site. The store's phone number and e-mail link, which should appear in small text at the bottom of every page.

Deliverables: For this assignment, you should:

• Design a standard layout for the new pages you are adding to the site. Use a table within each new page to create the layout.
• Create the "Meet Our Designer", "Furniture Gallery", and "Visit Us" pages. Take the content for each page from the appropriate section of the home page you created in Assignment 1 and add any additional content that you feel is necessary. Be sure to include a means to navigate to the other pages and the home page and to include the company's contact information.
• Redesign your home page so that it contains a brief description of the company and some means to navigate to the three new pages. You may use links, an image map, flash buttons, or some other technique.
• Include image rollovers on at least one page.
• Create an external style sheet for the styles in your "Meet Our Designer", "Furniture Gallery", and "Visit Us" pages. Link the external style sheet to each page and remove each page's internal styles.
• Test your site's accessibility, code, and links. Correct any problems that you find.
