Record Reader and Sorter

Write a program in C++ to:

1. Read all records from a disc file (also attached to this assignment) to arrays. (the structure of records: Student number (2 bytes), student name (20 bytes), grade (integer))

2. Sort the list according to test scores

3. Display the average test score of the class

4. Save sorted records to a new disc file (use a different file name)

For example:

The records in the original file:
1 Sanna Saunders 89
2 Kelly Handley 95
3 Arif Crane 76

The new file sorted by scores:
3 Arif Crane 76
1 Sanna Saunders 89
2 Kelly Handley 95
